During a two-step registration process you will create your personal account in the registration system that will manage abstract submission, conference fee payment, hotel booking, etc.
First step: preliminary registration and abstract submission
After clicking the REGISTER button you will be redirected to the Registration Panel. Then you will proceed with the personal account creation. When this step is successfully finished you will get a confirmation email. Then you can submit your abstract. Upon successful abstract submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
Second step: final registration, payment, hotel booking, etc.
You can accomplish this step any time but not later than June 30, 2020. Register and complete the conference fee payment before April 30, 2020 to be elligible for the early conference fee. When the process is successfully finished you will receive a proforma invoice by email.
